Study Methodology

This study was conducted in the fourth quarter of 2003 using a panel of 100 commercial print providers (commercial printers, graphic arts service bureaus, transactional printing service bureaus, quick printers, and marketing/communications companies). About half of the companies are located in North America and half in Europe.
